The website www.aloud.com (the “site”), is a website owned and operated by Bauer Consumer Media Limited (“Bauer”, “we”, and “us”). Bauer is an English company registered under company number 01176085. Its registered address is 1 Lincoln Court, Lincoln Road, Peterborough, England PE1 2RF (VAT Registration Number is 918561701).
These terms and of use (“Terms of Use”) (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms on which you may use our site, whether as a guest or as a registered user. The contract between you and the Supplier will only be valid once you receive written confirmation of your order in an email confirming details of your order.There will be no contract of any kind between you and Bauer (other than this contract and the supply of services in respect of use of the site and access to the Products) and Bauer are not liable for the delivery of any Products purchased by you.
The price of Products is at the discretion of the Supplier as quoted from time to time and as otherwise specified in the Supplier’s terms and conditions. These prices are liable to change and you are responsible for checking the price of Products prior to purchase.
Payment for Products will be made in accordance with the Supplier’s terms and conditions and will be paid directly to the Supplier. The Supplier is also responsible for dealing with cancellations, refunds or other queries in respect of Products, and any such cancellations and refunds will be subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions.Whilst we try to ensure that the products are of good quality, we cannot promise or give any undertaking that Products purchased from Suppliers through the site will be of satisfactory quality. Any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely.
Certain parts of our site may require you to register and provide certain information about yourself and where you do this you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain up-to-date Registration Data (by sending an appropriately worded email to [email protected] to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
