Where Are My Tickets?
Aloud.com works with a range of ticket providers to give you the best choice when it comes to music, theatre, sports and comedy.
All of our ticket providers dispatch your tickets as soon as they arrive at their offices.
Most tickets don't tend to arrive until a few weeks before the event takes place. The vast majority of tickets are despatched 7-10 days before the event.
Theatre tickets are sometimes despatched within 5 days of booking, however the majority of tickets are also despatched 7-10 days before the event, which helps combat resale, forgery and ticket loss.
If you need to contact us about loss, damage or theft of your tickets, please use our ‘contact us' form
Please note: Our working hours are 9am- 5.30pm Monday - Friday. If your query is urgent for an event this weekend, please get in touch with your ticket provider direct.

Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we only offer refunds if a gig is cancelled or you have taken out booking protection and you meet the specific criteria. Alternatively, you're more than welcome to sell your tickets on to a friend or family member.
-
The Event's Been Cancelled or Postponed. Do I Get My Money Back?
There can be unforeseen circumstances which result in events being cancelled or postponed. We will always try to contact you by email or telephone as soon as we are advised by the event promoter of any such cancellation or postponement. When an event is cancelled you're entitled to a refund to the face value of the ticket. Please consult the Terms and Conditions page within your booking site to find out what to do in the event of an event cancellation.
If a show has been rescheduled then your ticket will be valid for use on the new date.

I'm moving house. How do I change the address to which my tickets are sent?
Please contact us regarding this via our contact us section
-
How do I book an accessible ticket?
Disabled access is venue specific, so please get in touch with us via the contact us form and we can advise you further.
-
Why Do You Charge A Booking Fee In Addition To Ticket Face Value?
It's necessary to add a booking fee to the face value of each ticket to cover our administration costs. This allows us to fulfil your order and also offer you the best possible customer service.
-
Why Does UK Postage Sometimes Vary?
High value tickets and standing tickets tend to be sent by Registered Post. This is to insure that the tickets get to you safely as they cannot be replaced if lost. Seated tickets can be replaced as they have a record of your seat number so these tickets can be reissued.
-
Do You Send Tickets Outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we’re more than happy to process orders from outside the UK and we can send tickets overseas with an international registered postage and package charge. Please ensure that you've left enough time for your tickets to arrive before you leave for the UK. Alternatively, there may be the option to collect your tickets from the box office or to print them at home. If you’re not sure, please contact us.

How can I keep up to date with upcoming gigs and guilty pleasures?
Our database contains information about all forthcoming events, so just search by artist on our homepage and any current listings will appear. If you can't find your favourite band listed there, it's likely that there are no dates confirmed for their next tour yet.
An excellent way of staying in touch is to subscribe to our free email news service. Every week we'll send you an email message containing all the latest news from the gig world, including a detailed list of gigs that have gone on sale in the previous week. You can sign up to our newsletter and gig alert services here.
